  • Retail Store Operations

    Retail Store Operations course is an introductory course which provides students with an overview of relevant retail store operations including customer service, stock control, housekeeping duties, balancing the register and minimizing theft. Students will learn the skills, knowledge and attitudes to operate a variety of retail equipment as well, and gain practical work experience through an internship at MAKRO. This course offers employment opportunities in the books and publishing industry, music stores, shopping malls, garment industry processed foods industry.

    • Intermediate, NIC Holder
    • Placement test and interview (conducted by iACT and MAKRO)

    Course Certification

    This course is designed in collaboration with MAKRO Habib. The course will be certified by the agency, which will also provide internships to course participants.
