    Secretarial administration is one of the key fields where quality human resource is required. Personal assistants and office secretaries play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of an organization and presenting a positive image to the public. Due to technological advancements, the nature of secretarial work has changed in recent years. This course will help students acquire essential secretarial and office administration skills. Along with computer knowledge, they will acquire interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication, organization of events, and coordination of office tasks.
