Fund Call Center Lab
The Call Center Agent Training course offered at iACT aims to prepare students for a career in the Call Center industry. The Call Center Lab is essential for students to practically apply the skills required by this industry. Through interactive practice sessions, students gain confidence in verbal communication and become articulate and clear. Scenarios are provided to students to teach them how to troubleshoot problems and respond to customers. Emphasis is placed on the right tone, pitch and accent in various cultural/business situations and setups.
In future, iACT would like to expand its Call Center program and run classes for various batches at the same time. This goal requires the establishment of more Call Center Labs. A complete Call Center Lab will offer the following facilities to Call Center students:
Multimedia classroom facility for 20 participants for interactive sessions
10 network computers with appropriate software for application of call center skills
DSL internet connection
Approximately 180 students (100 male and 80 female students) will benefit from the Call Center Lab every year.
The cost of funding a complete Call Center Lab is 1,428,000/- PKR (USD 20,400). The table below shows the cost of funding individual equipment in the lab. Please click here to make a donation.
