In recent years, the media industry has grown massively in Pakistan. With increasing private channels, radio stations and infotainment sources, the demand for quality human resource in the industry has also increased rapidly. At iACT, we aim to train students for exciting careers in the media industry. A digital media lab and studio is essential for our students to develop technical know-how about digital software and products. The lab will enable students to immerse themselves in the latest digital media technology and practices, and they will learn to create various digital media products.

A complete Digital Media Lab and Studio will house the following facilities:

• Video editing suite with five computers
• Well equipped media studio with proper acoustics and lightening
• Digital and movie cameras

Approximately 210 students (100 male and 110 female students) will benefit from the Digital Media Lab and Studio every year.
