December 14 to 17, 2009 - Test and Interviews Held for Second INSPYRE Cohort

For the second INSPYRE cohort, more than 1,200 students from across Sindh appeared for the admissions test and interview. These were held at the Institute for Advancing Careers and Talents from December 14 to December 17, 2009. The INSPYRE team conducted test and interviews, whilst first cohort graduates volunteered to manage the process. Tests and interviews were conducted for the following courses:

• Graphic Designing
• Web Designing
• Call Center Agent Training
• Retail Management
• Basic Fashion Design
• Textile Designing

To facilitate non-Karachi INSPYRE students, tests and interviews were also conducted in Hyderabad and Sukkur. Students hailing from Hyderabad, Badin, Thatta, Dadu, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Larkana, Khairpur, Ghotki, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Nausheraferoz and other surrounding areas sat for the test and interview on December 21 and 22, 2009.

The test and interviews were designed keeping in mind the student’s academic background and his commitment to the course. Students who appeared for the test and who were interviewed appreciated the testing system and admissions process.
