The Institute for Advancing Careers and Talents (iACT) is a not for profit youth development and vocational education center offering innovative and futuristic career education to youth. It is a unique and first of its kind initiative, established in Saudabad, Malir by Habib University Foundation (H.U.F.) in collaboration with the City District Government of Karachi (CDGK).

Graduation Ceremony at iACT
The graduation ceremony was held on October 29, 2011 at the Institute for Advancing Careers and Talents (iACT) to award certificates to 151 graduates of Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, Call Center Agent Training and Digital Photography. Out of 151 graduates, 92 were the recipients of INSPYRE Scholarships. Syed Faisal Ali Subzwari, Minister for Youth Affairs, Government of Sindh was the chief guest of the event. |

INSPYRE- Inspiring Pakistani Youth to Reach Excellence through Counseling and Training in Sindh
INSPYRE is a public-private partnership project between the Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh and Habib University Foundation with technical support provided by the British Council. It aims at providing deserving youth with a platform to enhance their personal, social and economic development.
- INSPYRE facilitates deserving youth to acquire free of cost career education.
- INSPYRE facilitates youth in acquiring internships and jobs
- INSPYRE engages students in community service.
